The last few years have seen work patterns turned upside down, with office closures due to Covid 19, the wildfire spread of remote working and meetings shifting almost entirely online. It became clear that information flow, both in house and with the world at large, needed new digital solutions to rationalize accessibility. These new innovative digital solutions are meant to improve the quality, transparency and accessibility of information provision at institutional level to facilitate the portability, transparency and reliability of information as well as the verification of authenticity. During this presentation, CIMEA, with a brand new initiative, and ECE, who have been Wiki pioneers for years now, will present their case studies. The measures taken contribute, on one side, to boosting efficiency, transparency, speed, smoothness and fostering quality in assessment and evaluation procedures, while, on the other hand, it guarantees the immediate provision of information about foreign and national HEIs, as well as increasing the rationalisation of work flow, enhancing new credential evaluator training and upgrading the availability of information on an office wide basis.
